This was hard one for me because I was so use to putting everyone before me and making sure they were ok. I've been slowly doing this and finding great joy in loving myself again. I felt it was selfish to feel or be happy when others were struggling, but I soon found out, if I'm consumed with them and not taking care of myself, then I am no use to them anyway. Drink some water, enjoy the moment, and don't apologize for being the best YOU possible!
